At Ironfire, brewing the highest quality ales and lagers is a way of life. The beers we produce are painstakingly modified time and time again until they’re perfect- no beer will be allowed to grace your palate before it gets our personal stamp of approval. All killer, no filler; everyone has its own unique “brand.” Sometimes this leads them into awkward categories that don’t fit neatly in neat little cookie-cutter boxes (we just ignore those anyway). We love what we do here at Ironfire: brewing for people who enjoy all types, origins, or preconceptions about beer as long as you’re willing to try something new!!
